No, the free call is simply to get to know each other and better understand your travel needs. After the call, you will receive a written proposal and, if you are happy with it, you will be free to decide whether to confirm or not.

Once you have confirmed the quote, you will be asked for the full names and copies of the travel documents for all passengers.

The quote will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit, the amount of which will be indicated in the quote, to be paid via bank transfer within the specified terms.

Once the deposit is received, we will send you the travel contract by email.

Approximately 30 days before departure, you will be asked for the final balance via email, also to be paid by bank transfer within the specified terms.

Once the final payment is received, we will send you your personalised Dream Destination itinerary.

Approximately 14 days before departure, we will email you all the documentation required to enjoy your trip with complete peace of mind.

Cancellation fees will be provided upon confirmation of the quote, as they depend on the specific services included in your travel proposal.

Yes, absolutely. The itineraries you find on the site can be requested either in their standard version or in a customised version, tailored specifically to your needs.

Our tailor-made proposals are designed for at least 2 people.

It depends on the trip. Where flights are included, the trip page says so. If the itinerary you've chosen doesn't include them, we can add them for you when we prepare your quote.

A valid passport is generally required, and for many destinations, it must be valid for at least 6 months after your return. Depending on the destination, you may also need an entry visa: please refer to the "Good to know" section of your chosen itinerary. We also recommend checking official government websites for the latest updates on entry requirements.

For travellers who do not hold Italian citizenship, it is essential to verify whether visas or other documents are required for entry into the destination country. Dream Destination cannot be held responsible for any inability to participate in the trip if these checks have not been carried out.

Where medical and baggage insurance is included, you will find this indicated in the trip details. In your quote, we will still suggest a more comprehensive insurance policy, which you can add if you wish.
