Do you only organise private journeys?

Private and personalised travel is what we do most: couples, families, honeymooners, groups of friends who already know each other, and companies. We can also organise a group departure when a client asks for one.

Do you sell trips online?

No. Dream Destination does not take bookings or payments online. Every journey begins with a conversation: you request information, we reply, and we build the journey together before anything is confirmed.

Can I personalise an itinerary shown on the website?

Yes. Every itinerary on this site is a proposal, not a fixed product. Dates, pace, accommodation and single experiences can be adapted to the people travelling.

Do you organise honeymoons?

Yes. Honeymoons are one of the journeys we are asked for most often, and we plan them privately, from the itinerary to the small details on arrival.

Can you arrange family trips?

Yes. We plan journeys for families with children of different ages, adjusting distances, activities and accommodation to the group.

Do you organise corporate travel or private events?

Yes. We plan incentive journeys, company trips and private events, with the organisational side handled end to end.

Can I request a trip for a group of friends?

Yes. Journeys for groups of friends who already know each other are planned privately, with one contact coordinating the whole group.

What is included in the price?

Each journey page lists included and not-included services in full. As a rule: accommodation, listed meals, all internal transport, local guides, entrance fees and assistance from our team are included. International flights and insurance are not.

How physically demanding are your journeys?

Each journey carries a difficulty rating (Easy, Moderate, Challenging or Expedition) and every itinerary page explains what that means day by day.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellation terms are shared in writing before any confirmation, together with the full itinerary and quotation. There are never hidden clauses.

Do you arrange flights?

We can. Flights are not included by default, but we can source and coordinate them so that your arrival and departure fit the itinerary.

In which languages do you assist travellers?

Accepted Answer

Italian and English, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM CET and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM CET.
