This cultural itinerary follows the historic milestones of the Way of St. James aboard a comfortable coach, beginning and ending in Madrid. The journey traverses the regions of Castile and Galicia, allowing travellers to relive the experience of medieval pilgrims through their most iconic architectural and spiritual landmarks.
The route winds through monumental villages and cities of art, including visits to Leon Cathedral and Gaudi's modernist masterpieces in Astorga. The journey continues to Santiago de Compostela and moves beyond to Finisterre, Spain's westernmost point, historically regarded as the end of the known world.
The tour includes a resident Italian speaking tour leader and half board accommodation. Departures are scheduled on fixed dates, offering a structured pace that balances guided tours of historic centres with stops in traditional small villages such as Castrillo de Polvazares and O’Cebreiro.
