Request informationThe complete tour of Argentina, from the sea to the ice to the forest. After Buenos Aires you fly to the Atlantic coast, to the Valdés Peninsula, with sea lions, elephant seals and, in season, southern right whales. Then Ushuaia and Tierra del Fuego, and the Perito Moreno glacier, seen from the walkways and from the lake.
In the north it is another world. The Iguazú Falls, hundreds of cascades in the subtropical forest on the Brazilian border, and the Andean north-west: the Quebrada de Humahuaca with its seven-coloured mountains, the cacti of Los Cardones park, the village of Cachi and the vineyards of Cafayate.

Overnight flight. Departure from Italy on a flight to Buenos Aires. Night on board.
The capital. Arrival, meeting with your guide and private transfer to the hotel. A city tour: Plaza de Mayo and the Casa Rosada, the historic centre and La Boca, with the colourful tin houses of Caminito.
On the Atlantic coast. Flight to Trelew and private transfer to Puerto Madryn, on the Golfo Nuevo, gateway to the Valdés Peninsula.
Sea lions and whales. A day with your private guide on the Valdés Peninsula, a UNESCO site, among the guanaco steppe and colonies of sea lions and elephant seals. From Puerto Pirámides, in season, a whale-watching trip on a scheduled boat.
To the end of the world. Private transfer to the airport and flight to Ushuaia. Check-in at the hotel, between the mountains and the Beagle Channel.
Forests and the Beagle Channel. An excursion with your private guide in Tierra del Fuego National Park, among forests, lakes and bays where the mountains meet the sea. A boat trip on the Beagle Channel, on a scheduled boat, past islets with sea lions and cormorants.
The Patagonian steppe. Flight to El Calafate, on the shores of Lago Argentino. Private transfer to the hotel and free time.
The ice front. With your private guide across the steppe to Los Glaciares National Park. A walk on the walkways facing the front of the Perito Moreno and a boat trip at the foot of the ice wall, on a scheduled boat. Return to El Calafate.
An evening of tango. Flight to Buenos Aires and private transfer to the hotel. In the evening, a tango show, with private transfer.
Into the subtropical forest. Flight to Puerto Iguazú, where Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay meet. Private transfer to the hotel.
Inside the falls. A day with your private guide in Iguazú National Park, a UNESCO site: the Upper Trail, with views from above, the Lower Trail, at the foot of the falls, and the walkway to the Devil's Throat.
From Brazil to the Andes. In the morning, if the flight times allow, a visit to the Brazilian side of the falls, with the panoramic view. Flight to Salta and free time in the colonial centre, among pastel houses and the cathedral.
The seven-coloured mountains. An excursion with your private guide to Purmamarca, beneath the Cerro de los Siete Colores, and the Quebrada de Humahuaca, a UNESCO site, with the pre-Columbian fortress of Tilcara and the Andean villages. Return to Salta.
The Calchaquí valleys. A climb up the Cuesta del Obispo to Los Cardones National Park, with its giant candelabra cacti, and the white village of Cachi. Then along Ruta 40, among the rocks of the Quebrada de las Flechas, to Cafayate.
A last evening in the capital. Return to Salta through the Quebrada de las Conchas and flight to Buenos Aires. Private transfer to the hotel.
Flight home. Private transfer to the airport and flight to Italy. Night on board.
End of the trip. Arrival in Italy.
