Request informationAn unusual pairing: a European art city and a Caribbean island. In Amsterdam, three nights for the canals, the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum, the markets and cafés of the Jordaan.
Then Anguilla, a small British island in the Lesser Antilles, known for its white sand beaches and relaxed atmosphere. You spend a week at Shoal Bay, in a deluxe beachfront apartment with daily cleaning, umbrella and loungers on the beach. The rest of the time is for snorkelling, the island's other beaches and its seafood restaurants.
Land services only: 10 nights and transfers on Anguilla, flights to be arranged.
11 days in the programme
The city of canals. Arrival in Amsterdam and check-in at the hotel. A first walk along the canals of the centre.
Museums and canals. A day for the city: the Van Gogh Museum or the Rijksmuseum, then a canal boat trip.
The Jordaan and the markets. A free day in the Jordaan district, its markets and cafés. In the evening, the illuminated canals.
To the Caribbean. Connecting flight to Anguilla. On arrival, transfer to Shoal Bay and check-in at your beachfront apartment.
Shoal Bay. A free day on Shoal Bay beach, with umbrella and loungers provided.
Around the island. A day to discover the rest of the island, with its bays, cliffs and the beaches on the west side.
Snorkelling. A free day of snorkelling on the reef and walks along the shore. In the evening, dinner at one of the island's seafood restaurants.
Sea and relaxation. A free day on the beach.
Islets and sunsets. An optional boat trip to the offshore islets, such as Sandy Island, and sunset over the sea.
Last beach day. Your last free day at Shoal Bay.
End of the trip. Transfer to the airport and connecting flight home.
