With your guide you explore the centre on foot: Piazza del Duomo with the Elephant Fountain, the Roman amphitheatre, the baroque palaces, Castello Ursino and the fish market, with stops to taste arancini and other street specialities.
One day is for the volcano. You go up to about 1,900 metres, with viewpoints, a stretch on foot along the trails and a visit to a lava cave, then a tasting of local products.

Transfer to the hotel. Arrival at Catania airport and private transfer to the hotel. Free time for a first walk around Piazza del Duomo and Via Etnea.
Walking tour and street food. A walking tour of the centre with your guide: the Roman amphitheatre, the baroque palaces, the churches and Castello Ursino, with a stop at the fish market. Along the way, tastings of arancini and other street specialities.
Trails and lava caves. Transfer from the hotel up Etna, to about 1,900 metres. Viewpoints, a stretch on foot along the volcano's trails and a visit to a lava cave with a cave kit. It ends with a tasting of local products.
End of the trip. Free time depending on your flight and private transfer to Catania airport.
