Request informationA complete tour of Cyprus, from the Greek side to the Turkish side, based mostly in Larnaca. In the north, the ruins of Salamis, Famagusta with its Gothic cathedral turned mosque, St Hilarion castle in the mountains and Bellapais Abbey above Kyrenia harbour.
Then Nicosia, the last divided capital in Europe, to explore on both sides, and the Troodos Mountains, with their stone villages and small frescoed Byzantine churches, a UNESCO site.
In the south, Kolossi castle, the theatre of Kourion above the sea, the wine village of Omodos and Aphrodite's coast as far as Paphos, with its Roman mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings.

Welcome to Cyprus. Arrival at Larnaca airport and transfer to the hotel. Free time on the palm-lined seafront.
The east coast. Crossing into the north and a visit to the ruins of Salamis, an ancient city-state with its gymnasium and Roman theatre. Then Famagusta, within its Venetian walls, with the Gothic cathedral of St Nicholas converted into a mosque. Return to Larnaca.
Castles and abbeys of the north. Up to St Hilarion castle, in the Pentadaktylos mountains, with views over the coast. Down to Kyrenia, with its harbour and castle, and a visit to the Gothic abbey of Bellapais, the abbey of peace. Return to Larnaca.
The divided capital. The Byzantine church of St Lazarus in Larnaca, then Nicosia. In the southern part, the Cyprus Museum; on foot across the Green Line into the northern part, the Büyük Han caravanserai and the Selimiye Mosque, once the cathedral of St Sophia. Return to Larnaca.
Villages and painted churches. A day among the mountain villages of Galata, Kakopetria and Kalopanayiotis, with their small timber-roofed churches and Byzantine frescoes, a UNESCO site. Return to Larnaca in the evening.
Knights, theatres and wine. Kolossi castle, an old commandery of the Knights of St John, and the site of Kourion, with its Greco-Roman theatre overlooking the sea. Then Omodos, a wine village in the hills. Night in Limassol.
Aphrodite's coast. A stop at Petra tou Romiou, the rock where Aphrodite was born according to myth, and at Kouklia, ancient Palaepaphos, with the Leda and the Swan mosaic. In Paphos, the Roman villa mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings. Return to Larnaca.
End of the trip. Transfer to Larnaca airport.
