This itinerary follows the Spanish section of the famous Camino Francés, historically the most frequented route by pilgrims from across Europe. Now integrated into the EUROVELO 3 European cycle network, the path winds from León to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, offering cycle tourists the chance to immerse themselves in a setting rich in history and culture, featuring UNESCO World Heritage sites and evocative rural landscapes.
The journey is defined by constant rolling terrain and requires a fair level of cycling fitness, though it maintains a medium to easy difficulty level. The focus of the experience is not merely reaching the finish line, but sharing the trail with travellers from all over the world and discovering the refuges and villages that have provided sanctuary to pilgrims since ancient times.
The package includes accommodation in 3 or 4 star hotels with breakfast included and a convenient luggage transfer service between stages. The itinerary can be customised by adjusting the duration or the length of individual sections, with daily departures guaranteed from 1 April to 31 October.
