Request informationA beach holiday on the Ionian Sea, along a coast that is still lightly built. It starts in Borsh, one of the quietest corners of the Riviera, with one of the longest beaches in the country, olive groves and a castle above the village.
Further south is Ksamil, with pale sandy beaches, turquoise water and four islets just off the shore. Close by is Butrint archaeological park, a UNESCO site, with Greek, Roman and Byzantine remains among the greenery.
It ends in Saranda, a seaside town facing Corfu, with Lekuresi castle above the bay and, inland, the Blue Eye, a deep spring of intense blue water.

On the Riviera. Arrival in Albania and transfer south to Borsh. Check-in at the hotel and a first swim in the Ionian.
Beach and castle. A day on the long beach at Borsh. A possible walk up to the castle above the village, with views along the coast.
Olive groves and village. A free day between the sea, the olive groves and the stone houses of the village.
Heading south. Transfer to Ksamil, with its pale sandy beaches. Check-in at the hotel and a free afternoon.
The islets. A day for the four islets just off the shore, reached by boat, by kayak or swimming.
Butrint. A visit to Butrint archaeological park, a UNESCO site, with its Greek theatre, Roman baths and Byzantine basilica. On to Saranda.
Seafront and castle. A free day in Saranda, between the seafront and the beaches. At sunset, a possible trip up to Lekuresi castle for the view over the bay and Corfu.
The Blue Eye. A possible excursion to the Blue Eye, the natural spring of intense blue water in the green hinterland. The rest of the day by the sea.
End of the trip. Free time and departure for your journey home.
