In the evening, with a guide, you go out for street food: panelle, crocchè, arancine, sfincione and, for the brave, pane con la milza.
One day is for the surroundings. In Monreale, the Arab-Norman cathedral, with its golden mosaics and cloister; then Cefalù, a seaside town below the Rocca, with its Norman cathedral.

4 days in the programme
Transfer to the hotel. Arrival at Palermo airport and private transfer to the hotel. A first stroll around the Quattro Canti and Piazza Pretoria.
The city on foot and street food. A free day to discover the centre: the Cathedral, the Norman Palace with the Palatine Chapel, the Ballarò and Capo markets. In the evening, a street food tour with your guide, with panelle, crocchè, arancine and sfincione.
Mosaics and sea. An excursion by private car with driver. In Monreale, the Arab-Norman cathedral, with its golden mosaics and cloister. Then Cefalù, a seaside town below the Rocca, with its Norman cathedral and seafront. Return to Palermo.
End of the trip. Free time depending on your flight and private transfer to Palermo airport.
