On Tahiti you tour the island by rental car, among markets, gardens, caves and waterfalls, with half a day among the legends of Tahiti Iti. Then by ferry to Moorea, for four nights: snorkelling on the reef, Polynesian history told in virtual reality and a traditional beauty ritual.
Huahine, the most authentic island, is discovered through a day devoted to local culture, with legends, va'a canoes and lunch with a family. The last stop is Raiatea, the spiritual centre of Polynesia: the Faaroa River, the Taputapuatea marae, a UNESCO site, and half a day by outrigger canoe among the motu.
