Then up to Lake Maggiore, with two nights at Residence La Rustica. Here comes the active part of the trip: a zip-line ride above the lake and a canyoning trip with instructors, descending waterfalls and gorges.

The flavours of the caruggi. Arrival in Genoa with your own transport and check-in at the hotel. Food tour through the caruggi of the old town, with tastings of focaccia, pesto and fresh fish and a glass of Ligurian wine.
Aquarium and Palazzo Ducale. A free day in the city. Possible visits to the Genoa Aquarium and Palazzo Ducale, then the historic shops, the markets and the old port.
From sea to lake. Drive with your own transport to Lake Maggiore and check-in at Residence La Rustica. The rest of the day is free on the lake.
Zip-line and canyoning. An active day: the zip-line ride above the lake and, with instructors, a canyoning trip descending waterfalls and gorges.
End of the trip. A free morning on the lake and return with your own transport.
