Request informationValencia has the sea within the city and a park about nine kilometres long where the River Turia once flowed: it is a city to enjoy outdoors, on foot or by bike. You discover the old town with a guide, among the cathedral, the Lonja de la Seda, the old silk exchange and a UNESCO site, and the Torres de Serranos, one of the gates of the medieval walls.
At the end of the Turia gardens lies the City of Arts and Sciences, the futuristic complex designed by Santiago Calatrava: the Oceanogràfic, the largest aquarium in Europe, the Hemisfèric with its planetarium and IMAX cinema, and the science museum.
The rest is free time between the Central Market, tapas bars, Malvarrosa beach and, on the last evening, a sunset catamaran cruise.

5 days in the programme
A first stroll. Arrival in Valencia and check-in at the hotel. A first stroll through the old town to Plaza de la Virgen, and an evening of tapas in the Barrio del Carmen.
Cathedral, Lonja and Torres de Serranos. An optional guided tour of the old town: the cathedral with the Micalet tower, the Lonja de la Seda and the Torres de Serranos. Free afternoon between the Central Market and the museums.
The future at the end of the Turia. A day at the City of Arts and Sciences, which you can reach by bike along the Turia gardens: the Oceanogràfic, the Hemisfèric with its planetarium and IMAX, and the science museum.
Sunset over the Mediterranean. A free day between Malvarrosa beach, the parks and shopping. At sunset, an optional catamaran cruise along the coast.
End of the trip. Last free hours in the city, then departure.
