Request informationA tour of Florida in nine days. It starts in Miami Beach, with the art deco buildings of Ocean Drive and its beaches, then heads down the Overseas Highway, the road that hops from island to island across the Keys, to Key West and its sunset.
You head back north across the Everglades, the great alligator swamp, towards the Gulf coast, between Fort Myers and Naples. Then three nights in Orlando for the Walt Disney World and Universal parks, and a visit to NASA's Kennedy Space Center before ending in Fort Lauderdale, among canals and beaches.

9 days in the programme
Welcome to Florida. Arrival in Miami and check-in at your hotel in Miami Beach. A first walk on South Beach.
Art deco and neighbourhoods. A day among the art deco buildings of Ocean Drive, the beach and the shops of Lincoln Road. Optionally, the Wynwood murals and Little Havana, the Cuban district.
The road across the sea. Along the Overseas Highway, which crosses the Florida Keys on a chain of bridges, including the Seven Mile Bridge. Arrival in Key West, with Duval Street, the Hemingway House and sunset at Mallory Square.
The Everglades. Back up the Keys and across the Everglades on the Tamiami Trail, with a stop at Shark Valley, where you see alligators and wading birds. On to the Gulf coast, between Fort Myers and Naples.
The Gulf coast. North along the west coast, with optional stops in Sarasota or St. Petersburg, then inland to Orlando.
The theme parks. A day at one of the Walt Disney World or Universal Orlando parks.
Another park. A second day at the parks, or a break among the springs and lakes nearby.
Kennedy Space Center. Drive to the Atlantic coast for NASA's Kennedy Space Center, with its rockets and the space shuttle Atlantis. Then south to Fort Lauderdale.
End of the trip. Free time among the canals and on the beach at Fort Lauderdale, then departure.
