The day begins at the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, a masterpiece of Islamic architecture. Continue to Barkha to visit its vibrant fish market and to the Nakhal oasis, where the ancient UNESCO listed Falaj channels and the thermal springs of Ain Thawarah can be observed. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Amouage Factory to discover the production of this prestigious Omani perfume based on frankincense. Return to Muscat for the overnight stay.
